At Therapy Spa, we want your experience to be as comfortable and special as possible. Please take into consideration the following recommendations:

• Changes or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• We suggest bringing one face towel per person.

• If you do not attend your appointment and fail to notify us, it will be considered as completed.

• Late changes will have an administrative fee of S/15 per person.

• We allow a 10-minute grace period, provided there is no appointment scheduled immediately after.

• In case of tardiness, the time will be deducted from your session to avoid affecting other clients.

• Prepaid services are non-refundable.

• For protocol reasons, companions may not wait at the reception area.

• We do not have private parking, but there are parking lots nearby on Porta and Colón streets.

• If you have any medical condition, please let us know prior to your appointment so we can adapt the service to your needs.
